Domain Information

The domain details about this pharmacy’s site reveal that it was registered in 2015 and has more than a year to run until renewal. Older domain names can often point to a more reliable store but this address has only existed for less than 4 years.

We can also see that the domain name was registered with a Chinese registrar. The contact information for this site also points to a Chinese business based in Hong Kong.

This contact information is for a company which is another registrar and domain name trading business. We don’t believe that this business is the operator of the pharmacy, however, instead this seems to be a way to hide the real owner’s identity.

Web Platform

This store is using an up-to-date modern website design that seems to work well. There are many problems to be found when you look around the site, however. Much of the text content of the store seems to be written by someone who is not a native English speaker.

Some of the articles also seem like they have been taken from another website and put through text spinning software to make it unique. This is done to try to trick the search engines into sending more visitors their way. The problem with this is that the articles are difficult to read and often don’t make much sense.

Business Name and Address

Reputable businesses are quite happy to let their customers know who they are and where they do business. Scam businesses are, unsurprisingly, rather different. This online drugstore doesn’t provide either a business name or a contact address.

Their contact page has a map feature which should show customers where the business is based. This is not working on the site. The non-functioning map could be the fault of Google but is more likely due to it not being set up by the owner of the store.

We can’t be sure where the owner of this store is really based. If the domain registration is to be believed, it would seem likely that they are Chinese based though.

Legal Approvals

We cannot be certain where this business is based. There are different regulatory and legal standards in different countries and we, therefore, don’t know what rules this pharmacy should be following.

For their part, this pharmacy provides zero indication that they are adhering to any legal standards whatsoever.

LegitScript has reviewed this online pharmacy and their findings aren’t good for the store. They give the rating of ‘rogue’, confirming that this store isn’t operating inside of the law in the jurisdictions that they sell to.

Medications on Sale

This online drugstore seems to offer quite a wide range of medications, some brand name pills and many generic varieties. The prices seem higher than often found online unless you order larger quantities then the prices are very low. They also give away free pills with every order and this is frequently found with scam pharmacies.

If this business is actually based in China as the registration seems to suggest, this raises the issue of counterfeit medication. China is the leading producer of fake products and medication is no different.

Prescription Requirements

This site has a prescription policy which should be a good thing to find, however, we have some doubts about its implementation. They say that you need to provide a prescription to receive your order but only say that you need to send it to them within 15 days.

The other rather large problem with this policy is that they don’t provide an address to send the prescription or a fax number. So there is no way to actually get a document to them, as they don’t want to receive it by email.

On the FAQ page, the first question is if it is legal to buy medication without a prescription. So clearly, this prescription policy is nonsense and they don’t abide by it. Coupon

We haven’t been able to locate a coupon for Med Pill Rx. Though since this isn’t a reliable pharmacy, it is better to not encourage purchases with this store.

Payments and Shipping

This store is using a valid SSL certificate as a basic level of security. You can pay using:

  • Mastercard
  • Visa
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • MoneyGram
  • Western Union

The wire transfer options are only available on orders in excess of $200 but do receive a 10% discount. It should be pointed out that paying by wire transfer is the most risky option and may explain the reason for the discount.

The site boasts of free shipping, but when you place an order you may find that it is subject to shipping charges after all. Lower order values are subject to shipping costs of $23 for express delivery and $20 for standard delivery. Free standard shipping only seems to be unlocked on orders over $100.

Customer Support

If you find that you have a complaint with this pharmacy, what are the chances of you receiving a satisfactory resolution? You can only make contact with support using email or their online form. This limited number of options makes it seem that customer support isn’t going to be great. Reviews

Bearing in mind that this store has been operating for nearly four years, it has been difficult to find many reviews online. A couple of testimonials can be found on Trustpilot.

One of the testimonials gives the store full marks, but this comment seems too good to be true. It appears to be written from the point of view of someone trying to promote the business rather than a genuine customer comment. Fake customer feedback is a common practice among scam online pharmacies and that is what we seem to have with this comment.

We have identified many problems with this pharmacy. Though their website looks professional, when you investigate further the issues start to mount up. We don’t know who is behind this store, but indications seem to be they are in China. This increases the risk that the medication they sell are dangerous counterfeit products.

We give this store just 0.9 out of a maximum of 5 stars.

Don’t put your trust in this drugstore.
