The domain name information we find relating to this pharmacy’s address shows us that it was registered in 2017. This isn’t a very long time for an online pharmacy to have been operating and could point towards this being a scam drugstore.
When looking elsewhere in the record we find contact information for the registrant of the domain. This is normally a good thing to find as it is possible to hide such information by using a privacy service.
The address is given as in Minsk in Russia. However, Minsk is actually the capital city of Belarus which isn’t in Russia, clearly. Perhaps this is a mistake or just wishful thinking on the part of the owner, but when we check this address it can’t be found in Google Maps. This may indicate a fake address though we can’t be certain.
The first thing you see when loading this pharmacy site is the main logo which says “American Pharmacy” with the slightly odd tag line of “For all the ways you care”. As we have previously shown, this business seems to be owned by someone in Belarus, so it is a bit of a stretch to call it an American pharmacy. In fact, it may just be better to call this what it is, a lie.
Business Name and Address
You would expect to find the name and address of a reputable business on their site. This store fails to provide such information suggesting that they aren’t a reputable business at all. Without any further details about this business, we are left to assume they are based in Belarus despite their claims of being an American pharmacy.
This store provides seals for some of the better known regulatory associations. However, if this pharmacy is trying to make us believe that they are an American business, why then are they using Canadian regulation seals?
You should be able to click on these seals to check that they are valid and you can’t with these. This suggests that they are fake. When we check with the owner of one of the seals on this site, CIPA, we find that they aren’t members of the association and they are using the seal fraudulently.
If they are willing to fraudulently use a seal like this, what else are they willing to do to get a sale?
Of the other seals, one of them doesn’t seem to relate to a genuine regulatory association and they aren’t registered with the other two either. So what we have found is a Belarus pharmacy which is pretending to be American and using fake Canadian regulatory approval. This is ticking all the boxes to indicate a scam, so far.
Medications on Sale
This drugstore offers an average range of medications with the main focus being on men’s health pills. They say that they sell both brand and generics on their store.
The information about where the pills are dispatched from is lacking from the site. This means that any drugs you might order from this site could arrive from anywhere in the world. The quality of the pills is going to be in great doubt when you have no clue where they are coming from.
This drugstore doesn’t require that you have a valid prescription for any of the meds you want to buy. This indicates that they aren’t operating in a safe and professional manner. This is a common problem with scam online pharmacies.
We haven’t got any coupons for this drugstore, but we wouldn’t recommend you shop here anyway.
Payments and Deliveries
When you try to purchase from this pharmacy you are redirected to a different site to hand over your payment information. On this other site, they only provide one means of payment, Mastercard, if you don’t have that credit card you cannot purchase from this store.
Shipping from this store is a choice between airmail and EMS. The EMS or express mail service costs $19.95, has a tracking number and takes about a week. Airmail costs $9.95 and can take 2 or 3 weeks for your pills to arrive. They offer free shipping on orders over the value of $200.
If you find that you have any complaints with an order you make from this store, your options are fairly limited. They have phone numbers for the US and the UK as well as an online form. These minimal methods of contacting customer support and all the things we have already discovered about this drugstore suggest that you won’t be satisfied with the response you get.
Reading the comments left by previous customers can be reassuring when you are looking to purchase from a store. It is our finding that all too often customer feedback is faked on pharmacy sites.
When looking at the OnlinePharmacyDrugstore24.com reviews found on the testimonial page of this store we immediately see a problem. All of the customer testimonials found on this page are fake, we have seen them many times before.
The name and location of one of the supposed customers, particularly sticks in the memory as one we have seen countless times before. We are talking about the bizarrely named ‘St Patricks’ who is apparently in Irish France. Not only does this seems to be a fake name but there doesn’t appear to be any such place as Irish France.
We’ve found far too many issues with this drugstore to be able to recommend them. They seem to be lying about being an American pharmacy, even displaying Canadian regulatory seals which are fake. While in reality they are based in Belarus, we don’t know where the pills are manufactured or dispatched from, however.
It is for these reasons, that we only award 0.9 out of 5 stars. There are many better online pharmacies than this, don’t take the risk here.
