I am not sure why there are so many furious comments about this company. My guess would be simple: happy customers do not post about their experience, they just keep ordering. Unhappy ones nevertheless spread their words out. The customer service of pharm-bay warned me that generics might not be as good as the branded medications, so I ended up ordering the original ones (though for a higher price). It took a couple of weeks to deliver, but I got them eventually. There is nothing I can complaint about here. 4.5/5 stars from me, half a star goes to the high prices.
