Regulatory Approval
DoctorSolve.com makes a really big point of showing they are certified by the CIPA. You really can’t miss the section on the front page of the site explaining their CIPA membership and why you should use this information to trust the site more. When checking with this regulatory body we find that they are current members and are legitimately displaying the seal.
Regulatory associations such as the CIPA require drugs to be dispensed with a prescription through a licensed pharmacy and also have secure data and payment processing procedures.
They also claim membership of regulatory associations PharmacyChecker.com and IPABC. These memberships are genuine as well. This is great and would point you towards thinking that this online pharmacy is not a Scam, however, LegitScript lists this site as unapproved. The unapproved status may suggest that it may not meet every available regulatory standard.
Who Operates This Online Pharmacy?
On each page of DoctorSolve.com is the address of both the company itself and the pharmacy which supplies the drugs. This is good and what you would expect from a reputable business. However, there are some major potential problems here.
The pharmacy store is supposedly operated by DoctorSolve Healthcare Solutions Inc., the problem here is that this company was voluntarily dissolved on September 28, 2017.
Perhaps this is just a mistake, but they have had nearly a year to update the business name on their website and they haven’t. Are they doing this to hide from customers or is it a simple error?
When searching for the address, we find the new name of what must be assumed to be the business now operating the website. The Canadian Government website shows the company as operating as a medical mail order warehouse.
The pharmacy which is required to dispense the medications, as per the regulatory approvals, is located just next door. Interestingly, this pharmacy is the prescribing agent behind multiple other Canadian based online pharmacy stores. And similar to these other stores Doctorsolve.com also dispenses drugs from multiple different countries, though they claim these dispatch centers meet the pharmacy standards in those countries.
Domain Name Information
The domain name information shows us that this website has been up and running for over 20 years. This is, of course, something that would suggest a more legit business. They are, however, using domain name privacy to hide the ownership details of the site.
This privacy setting is something you would normally expect from a scam website. If you are running a legit online pharmacy why would you need to hide your business details in this way?
The servers for this store are located in the US, which isn’t surprising as this must be where most of their customers are based.
Doctorsolve.com Reviews
PharmacyChecker has DoctorSolve.com reviews from customers dating back to 2004. Customer reviews are mixed with many happy customers, but also customers which have run into significant issues.
The reviews here appear to be genuine and from real customers of DoctorSolve.com. There is no indication that this review site has been manipulated to create a better impression of the company than it would otherwise have.
Judging from the testimonials, it seems they had problems fulfilling prescriptions in 2013-14 though reviews have been far more positive lately. It is interesting to note from these reviews, that frequently pills aren’t dispatched from Canada and as a consequence, the delivery times can be rather long.
Conclusion
This Canadian drug seller gives a good impression, with a well-designed website and focus on regulatory approval. This builds trust in the minds of visitors to the site, trust which is justified up to a point. They do have membership to three regulatory associations and have a pharmacy dispensing drugs.
There are, unfortunately, some problems. The fact that the company name on their site is wrong is a big issue, is it an attempt to deceive or just a mistake? Also, drugs will be dispatched from many different locations around the world, not just Canada.
For these reasons, we give DoctorSolve.com 2.8 stars out of five.
