My personal experience is that they use FedEx. They are reliable in having on the address label for delivery to ring doorbell right beside the apartment number. Also has a large green label stating to refrigerate on arrival (it is eye medicine) Driver will not ring doorbell. Company says they cannot make the driver ring the doorbell and that this a problem. This happened again today, July 2, 2024. So, they are not as committed to delivering a quality product as one would expect from a pharmacy
