Domain Name Information

On Whois.com, it is overtly recorded that the site’s domain name was only registered a few months ago on 17-04-2018. This is a representation of an 8-month old business. What we clearly understand is that only 8 months in an industry isn’t sufficient enough for one to conclude that business has earned enough trust from its clients. To us, it is a sign of little experience.

Turning to another website to get more information, we got into Scamadviser and found some. There, it was clear that the website’s owner has also hidden the identity.

Mirror Sites

There are a lot of sites which are hardly discernible from deliveryspot.net. They belong to the same family with this pharmacy. Their website layout, reviews, delivery and payment policies, FAQ’s, and more, are exactly the same. These sites include, but are not limited to;

This is a clear indication that all these are Scam pharmacies’ websites. You are at health risk when you buy drugs at any of the pharmacies in this family.

Business Profile

The website’s domain name is under the management of “GKG.Net, Inc” as it is dubbed on Whois.com. This is a domain name registrar that is devoid of a good reputation. When we investigated the domain name registrar’s profile, we established that they’ve been receiving several warnings from the US Food and Drugs Administration (FDA) to desist from hosting rogue websites’ domain names as the sites are exposing the US individuals to danger. This is an indication that deliveryspot.net is likely a rogue online pharmacy as well.

Regulatory Approvals and Certification

We noticed that this pharmacy has not even one regulatory approval. All the known regulatory bodies dismiss claims of having allowed the site to do business under their knowledge. Some of them that we sampled had the following reactions.

To begin with, the site doesn’t feature in the CIPA (Canadian International Pharmacies Association) member database. The pharmacy is, therefore, not authorized to carry the CIPA seal.

LegitScript, after reviewing the website, concludes that it meets their definition of a ROGUE online pharmacy.

ScamAdviser, on the other end, awards the pharmacy a 0% trust rating. They comment that the site is from the US but could also have a Russian origin.

Website Behavior

After properly looking at how the website responds to different commands, we established the following:

  1. the website speed is quite fast
  2. the website is arranged in an orderly manner, making it easy to navigate
  3. the site is insecure but becomes secure at the checkout page

Drugs

The drugs offered for sale in this pharmacy are generics. The pharmacy tries to convince clients that these drugs are of the highest quality. Unfortunately, there exist no genuine reviews to confirm such allegations. Narrowing down to their bestseller list of drugs, the pharmacy seems to sell men’s health drugs more than any other drug. It is evident on their “bestseller” webpage.

The range of drugs sold here is wide. Drugs are classified into classes in which you get at least some six drugs.

Quality of Drugs

Though the pharmacy claims to dispense drugs that are approved by the FDA, this isn’t the case. Our investigations reveal to us that the drugstore has no connection with neither the FDA nor WHO. This only has one meaning; that the pharmacy sells highly unsafe drugs.

Prescription Requirements

There are no prescriptions needed before checking out. This means that the pharmacy does not care for your health, but money. A good pharmacy should offer prescription services to evaluate someone’s need for a drug.

Pricing

Satisfactory. The prices of drugs available at this pharmacy are not competitive but reasonable. Since the drugs sold at the pharmacy are generic drugs, they cost less than brand-name drugs could cost. We found out that other pharmacies’ prices for the same drugs sold here are lower while some are a bit higher.

Payment and Delivery

When it comes to the payment options accepted by them, we have the following:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Amex
  • Bitcoin

Some of these, like Visa and MasterCard, are widely accepted methods of payment. However, Bitcoin is still not a currency that’s known to many. The pharmacy ought to have added more options. All the checkouts are secure.

Turning to delivery, the shipping options offered are EMS (Express Mail Service) and the Air Mail service. With the Express Mail service, the cost is $24.95 and delivery delays for between 5 to 7 days. You can also ask for a tracking number in the case of EMS deliveries. EMS orders that exceed $300 are free of charges. Airmail Service delivery takes 2 to 5 weeks on the way. It costs $14.95. It is not trackable. If you order medications that cost $200 and above by Airmail, they are delivered for free. You can always insure both deliveries at an additional cost.

Customer Care Contact Details and Response

There is some contact information provided by the pharmacy for you to reach them in case of concern. Though they claim that their customer support works round the clock, it does not. Under the “Contact Us” section, you can email them and wait for a response via your email address, which you provide while you fill the form. The response in this section is very poor and you can wait for as long as one full week!

There are also phone numbers, one for the US clients (+1-800-715-5341), and the other for UK clients (+44-203-318-5981). These are the same contact details on the mirror websites and you can easily tell that the response is poor due to the expected number of clients calling through them.

Deliveryspot.net Reviews

Behind genuine reviews lies experiences that can make or break a business. So? A site should display its GENUINE reviews to help customers in judging a business. After thorough research, we stumbled upon the fact that there’s a furtive action by this site’s owners of hiding the genuine customer feedback from the site’s page and replacing them with fake testimonials.

In each of the earlier mentioned mirror sites, the reviews appear in the same order, have the same star ratings, and the same comments. These are reviews that are obtained from some service to help the business win more customers. We trust our odds you won’t defend that the site did something customer-friendly by hiding the reviews.

Conclusion

There are no verifiable reviews for this pharmacy, that’s a red flag. The drugs aren’t FDA approved, another red flag. Customer care is poor, another. The website is generally fast and checkout is secure and that gives it a good name. Their business profile isn’t reputable.

That makes us award the website a deserved 1.1-star rating.

  1. November 2021- Wish I had discovered your site ‘pharmreviews.net’ sooner.
Avoid the ROQUE ‘online pharmacy’ website!
I ordered medicines via Credit Card. Their websites said- ‘Order Succesfully Placed’.
But after 10 days there is still nothing subtracted from my Credit Card.
Also there was no Email confirmation of the placed order.
In view of this I have blocked, and changed my Credit Card, so they won’t be able
to mis-use my credentials at a later date!
