The domain records show us that this name was only registered last year and it has less than one year remaining. Short-lived domain names are common among scam online pharmacies, which isn’t surprising as they aren’t in it for the long run.
The owners of this domain have decided to hide their contact details with the use of a privacy service. This isn’t a great sign either and suggests an untrustworthy business.
The company behind this store claims on their about page that they have seven years of experience. This is, of course, despite the website only being around for just over a year.
The company name and address is given on the contact page. The company name is ‘Europharm Group Inc.’, this sounds fairly impressive and trustworthy. However, there is no evidence that this is a real company, searches for this business return no results which show this as a registered entity. For a company which claims to be a group, you would expect them to have a corporate website. No such site can be found.
The address they give in the Czech Republic is believed to be a mailing address only. There are a large number of other companies with this exact same address which suggests a mailbox service. The servers are based in Russia which is considered a high-risk country and may well be the real location of the people behind this operation.
Also found on the contact page is an offer to join their affiliate program. Interestingly, they say they will get back to potential affiliates in 24 hours, but if you have a problem with an order they will only try to respond to you in 48 hours. This rather suggests that they care more about their affiliates than they do about their customers.
EU-Medstore.com is a name that clearly suggests that they are based in Europe and they also give their address as the Czech Republic. The rules that exist for the sale of medication in Europe are very clear, unfortunately, this site isn’t following any of them.
European online pharmacies need to be registered with a government agency which oversees their behavior, making sure they stick to the rules. A check with the MHRA shows that they are not registered.
It is also a requirement that every page of a site which is selling medicine for human consumption, has to display the European distance selling logo with the appropriate country flag. There is no sign of any such logo on this site, it is clear that this site is operating illegally in Europe.
They do not require a prescription for any of the drugs they sell on the site. They say that they don’t sell some pills because of this requirement, but that you should seek medical advice before taking their treatments.
This site isn’t unique, we have seen exact duplicates of this site many times before. The fact that there isn’t a proper logo for the site and just a generic Online Pharmacy one should sound alarm bells. We’ve reviewed some of these mirror sites before and they’re not rated highly by us.
We have found a discount code for this site, though it isn’t advisable to make a purchase from this company.
Payments and Shipping
You can make your purchases in this store using Mastercard. Visa and Bitcoin. The online pharmacy site itself isn’t a secure site, but when you go through the checkout process you are sent to another site which is thankfully secure.
You can choose either airmail or EMS courier delivery for your shipping. Airmail costs $14.95, doesn’t have tracking and takes up to 4 weeks for delivery. EMS shipments take as little as 3 days, includes tracking and costs you $24.95. If you order over 200 dollars worth of drugs you can have free airmail delivery. An order over 300 dollars qualifies for free EMS courier shipping.
If you need help from customer support with this website, good luck. They do have phone numbers from the US and the UK, as well as a contact form. Though, if you actually get a satisfactory response to your support problem from these means of contact we would be very surprised. They suggest they have 24/7 customer support yet if you submit the contact form they will take 48 hours to respond.
The phone numbers they use will likely divert to a different country than the country code would suggest. The phone line is most likely there to get more sales rather than providing better customer service.
If you find a new store that offers products you want to buy, it is difficult to know if you are safe in making a purchase. The store isn’t a name you have heard of before, so it is natural you would have some doubts about it.
Unfortunately, testimonial pages found on the sites themselves are not the best place to get unbiased customer reviews. The customer reviews you find in these cases are only going to be positive. After all, why would the business put any negative reviews on their own site? Simply, they wouldn’t.
The EU-Medstore.com reviews found on the testimonial page are unsurprisingly very positive. So are these reviews just the best reviews they have received? No, in fact, all of these reviews are entirely fake and are also found on the other mirror sites.
If you trust this supposedly EU based site, you will have, as the Germans might say, schlechte erfahrungen (bad experiences) with this online pill seller. There are many reasons for you to look elsewhere for your medical needs, chief among them being that this is a mirror site of many others, and the owners are trying hard to hide their real contact details.
We give this site only a 1.1 rating out of a maximum of five. Don’t waste your time with this online drugstore.
