Domain Information
The domain records pertaining to the site show that they haven’t been registered for too long. The domain doesn’t expire until 2023, however, which would indicate that they are more likely to be reliable. Scam drugstores don’t tend to register their domain for more than a single year at a time.
The owner of the store doesn’t want to reveal their information in the records. They are using a privacy service to hide this information and this is something more often linked to Rogue pharmacies. It is sometimes used by reputable businesses as well so this is far from conclusive.
Web Platform
The website of this store looks very professional, one element of concern is the statement about changing domain names, however. This isn’t normally something a legit pharmacy would choose to do, as it inevitably leads to losing customers.
They don’t give any reason for this change, which appears suspicious. Further investigation, shows that they previously ran into some trouble with the General Pharmaceutical Council in the UK. The pharmacy was using the domain name MedixPharmacy.co.uk and was found to be selling medications without keeping accurate records. They were also selling medication intended for humans as pet meds.
The pharmacy is featured in a news article on the UK’s Daily Mail national newspaper. This may have been the reason for the domain name change, as bad publicity like this might have been harming their business.
Business Name and Address
The pharmacy gives an address in Toronto, Canada. This gives the impression of being an office suite, though looking more closely at this address shows the truth.
When we check this address we can see that it is actually a PO box in a UPS Store and not the office suite they were trying to make their customers believe.
It might be fair to argue that this is just a mailing address and it doesn’t matter that it is a PO box. However, they don’t provide any other address to contact them.
The business name “AMX Holdings Ltd.” shows a few results when searching. There is a company by that name in the UK, but they have only been operating for a few months, so that may not be it.
We have found a link to another company called “MDX Healthcare Ltd.” and the website for this business does link to this pharmacy site. It is a medical wholesale business which is registered on the UK Companies House business database.
Older versions of the pharmacy site show they used an address in the UK, instead of the current Canadian address. This could indicate a change of ownership or at the very least a change of direction. The previous address is that of a high street pharmacy store and seems more reliable than their current PO box.
Legal Approvals
Previously, this pharmacy gave an address in the UK for their operation. This did require them to follow the rules in that country, and it seems they did correctly do that at the time. Since they now give an address in Canada, they aren’t bound by the same rules, however. The previous seals found on older versions of the store are no longer displayed.
They don’t provide any regulatory approval currently. Where previously they had regulatory seals they now have logos for postal services.
Looking in the LegitScript database, we find that this pharmacy is listed as unapproved. It is better than their lowest rating of a rogue business but doesn’t exactly give any confidence in the drugstore.
Medications on Sale
The store seems to offer a reasonable range of products. While they might have previously dispensed their medications in the UK, they now use international fulfillment centers. These include centers located in:

Strange review. I’ve used Medix for a couple of years and they’re probably one of the most transparent companies I’ve dealt with. Most of your review, including trustpilot reviews is outdated. In fact I went on their review page and I’m seeing something different to what you are saying. Just seems you are pushing other sites.
