Domain Information

The domain registration information about this site shows that it was registered very recently. This online store has been around for less than a year and this increases the chances that this is a Scam. They don’t have a successful track record behind them so using them will naturally be more of a risk.

registered last year

Within the domain record, we can also see that they have chosen to use a domain privacy service to keep their real name and address out of this record. These domain records can be looked at by anyone, so why would an online retailer choose to make sure their information doesn’t feature? The answer may be because they are operating an unreliable scam business.

Web Platform

When you visit a well-known website you don’t normally expect to see a site logo which is completely different from the domain name of the site. But that is exactly what you find here.

Their main site logo says “Sky Pharmacy” with the tagline “Your Health in Your Hands”, but the domain name says Canada Pharm 24h. You would naturally expect the site logo to say Canada Pharm, but since it doesn’t this points to a problem.

There are a large number of scam online pharmacies which are very similar, many being completely identical, with the same text content and selling the same products. This seems to be one of those pharmacy sites.

Business Name and Address

The anonymity of the owner of this pharmacy remains intact when we try to find a business name and address on the store. They don’t provide any information about who is operating this business. This isn’t, rather unsurprisingly, a good thing to find and suggests ordering from this drugstore could be a problem.

Legal Approval

Some regulatory seals are displayed at the very bottom of the site’s pages. They are for a couple of Canadian regulators, CIPA and MIPA, as well as Health Pricer. The other seal says “CPA Approved” and has a Canadian maple leaf in its center, though this doesn’t seem to relate to a genuine regulator.

It should be possible to click on these seals to check that they are valid. You can’t click on the seals on this store. That indicates that they are probably fake and used on the site fraudulently.

When we check with CIPA, we find that our assumptions are true. They are not members of this association and should not be using the seal on their pharmacy.

They are also using the other seals fraudulently as they are not found on the sites they claim to be members of.

When checking with LegitScript we can see that their conclusion about the store really isn’t good. They give them a rating of ‘rogue’, uncovering that they are operating outside of the law for the countries they sell meds to.

status: rogue

Prescription Requirements

They don’t require a prescription when ordering meds which should only be prescribed by a doctor. The owner of this pharmacy clearly doesn’t care about the health and well-being of their customers.

Medications on Sale

This store claims to be selling brand as well as generic meds. Since they like to use brand names to sell what are actually generics, it can be quite confusing. This is probably intentional so that it seems the brand name products are really cheap, only discovering your mistake when the generic pills arrive in the post.

men's health pills

The best sellers on the site seem to be mainly men’s health products. They don’t provide any information about where the drugs are dispensed from but this isn’t a surprise based on the lack of transparency already shown by this pharmacy. Coupon

Perhaps it is just as well that we haven’t found any discount codes for this pharmacy.

Payments and Deliveries

When completing the checkout steps on this store you find that you have been redirected to a different site to input your address and payment details. This is often an issue with more unreliable pharmacies and suggests they are part of an illegal affiliate network.

They give away a few free men’s health pills but they also add delivery insurance and a discreet packaging charge on this payment site. These charges are something which should be part of the normal service provided by a store like this and shouldn’t be extras.

If you do decide to purchase they accept payment only through Mastercard.

Delivery of your drugs is by EMS or airmail. EMS takes about a week to arrive at a cost of $19.95, this option also includes a tracking facility. Airmail is the cheaper choice costing $9.95 and is expected to take as long as 3 weeks. Free shipping is provided on orders totaling over $200.

Customer Support

When you find you have complaints which this store (which would seem likely) you might find it difficult to get a positive resolution. The ways to contact customer support are quite limited. They provide a form on their contact page and a couple of phone numbers only.

From everything else that has been discovered about this online drugstore, we don’t think that their customer support will be very reliable if you need them. Reviews and Testimonials

There is a page of reviews on this store. There are over twenty testimonials on this page which seems quite a lot for such a new pharmacy.

Reading through these testimonials provides a sense of deja vu, we have seen this feedback before on other pharmacy sites.

The testimonials are fake, designed to encourage you to complete your purchase. After all, these other people did the same and they had a really good experience using the store. So you should too, right? Wrong.

There are a great many reasons to avoid this pharmacy. They are fraudulently using regulatory seals and fake customer feedback to convince you they are legit. The owner of the site is hiding who they are and we have no idea where the drugs are dispensed from.

While they may appear to be a Canadian business this is highly unlikely to really be the case. Thanks to the many deceptions found on this store, we award just 0.9 out of a maximum of 5 stars to Canada Pharm 24h.
